As part of a collaboration with the John Innes Centre and the Universities of Bristol and Liverpool, we have generated 454 sequence data (5x converage) for Triticum aestivum cv. Chinese Spring as a reference with which to compare UK varieties for SNP discovery. As a public service, the raw sequence data is being made available before it has been published. However, these pre-publication data are preliminary and may contain errors.
